We envision a Grant Parish that is a premier destination to live, work, and invest. A place where innovative businesses find fertile ground to grow, where our children have pathways to success at home, and where our unique quality of life is not just preserved, but enhanced.
Attracting new investment and supporting existing enterprises to create high-quality jobs and a diverse, resilient local economy.
Cultivating the spirit of Grant Parish through shared traditions, leadership programs, and strategic partnerships.
Ensuring our business community has a seat at the table in Baton Rouge and within our local governing bodies.
Grant Parish was built on a foundation of hard work—from the timber woods to the Red River. Our vision is to honor that legacy by building a modern infrastructure that supports the next generation of entrepreneurs, farmers, and families.
The Foster Investment Corporation Scholarship and Foster Family Scholarship
Each year, Foster Investment Corporation (FIC) and Flynn and Dana Foster award two $2,500 scholarships to Grant Parish high school graduates. In honor of the Fosters’ Grant Parish roots, FIC and Flynn and Dana Foster present two annual scholarships to high-school graduates who exemplify the same values the Foster Family learned in Grant Parish. This year Bella Daniels was awarded both scholarships.
Bella is a hardworking and dedicated student. She has maintained a 4.0 grade point average while also being involved in many clubs and athletic programs at Grant High School, including Beta Club, National Honors Society, HOSA (Future Health Professionals), Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Healthy Living Club, and Student Council. She has also been a member of the Lady Cougars softball team for the past 4 years. Bella has also been an AHEC Ambassador for the past 2 years. In the fall, Bella will be attending Northwestern State University and pursuing a degree in Nursing.
Congratulations Bella and good luck in all future endeavors!
